Hix Rubenstein Companies has a real estate portfolio that exceeds 8,000 acres in California and Oregon. Hix Rubenstein Companies was the developer of the CordeValle Golf Club (www.cordevalle.com) located in San Martin, California which has consistently ranked in the top 25 golf clubs in the country for the last five years. The company is currently developing the Pronghorn Golf Club (www.pronghornclub.com) located in Bend, Oregon which features a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and a Tom Fazio Championship golf course side-by-side.
